Chris Degnan – CEO

Chris was appointed CEO of Younts Consulting in January 2009. Prior to his position with Younts Consulting, Chris was Vice President of the Legal and Health Care business unit at Omtool, a developer of digital capture solutions; and successfully expanded their market share to nearly 50% of the top 100 law firms in the United Sates.

With over 30 years of experience with content management solutions included Senior Sales Management roles at iManage and PC DOCS, among other IT legal service providers. Chris’ background uniquely positions him to provide insight and direction for the company as it continues to expand into the Collaborative Document & Records Management market.

Carol Younts – Co-Founder and President

Carol has over 30 years of financial and administrative experience. She is responsible for the administrative and financial strategies that have created a strong foundation for Younts Consulting’s 20+ years of consistent profitability and continued growth goals. Carol holds a BS in Accounting and served as a budget analyst prior to helping her late husband, Michael, establish Younts Consulting in 1996.
